Volkswagen Type 2 Bay Window 1970 (Game-Ready Vehicle)

This Volkswagen is a complete rebuild of one of my earliest 3D projects, originally created while following a Udemy course. Even though the course was a great starting point, the original model lacked proper shading, efficient UV unwrapping, and production-ready topology.
Now, with over three years of experience in 3D modeling, I’ve revisited the project to bring it up to a professional standard. The model was rebuilt from scratch with a focus on clean geometry, optimized UV layout, consistent texel density, and accurate physically based shading.
The final asset consists of ~145K triangles, distributed across 6 UV sets, most of which use 4K textures to ensure high visual fidelity.
Rendered in Blender using Cycles.
